Privacy: Most of the terms that we have in place are not only to protect our company, but also you, the customer. We do not keep any paperwork concerning your order on-hand. We do not and will not sell your information to anyone! You will not receive any emails from us other than if you sign up for a mailing list or if there is a problem with your order. We utilize secure server technology so that we can assure that any information transmitted to us at the time of your order will be as protected as possible. We do reserve the right to contact anyone, if there is a suspicious charge placed to make sure that it is the cardholder that is ordering.
Shipping: We generally ship all orders either the day it is received or the next day, depending on the time of the order being placed. In the event we are out of stock on an item, we will contact you. We do offer realtime shipping, so that it is as close to our shipping cost as possible. We offer both services by UPS and the USPS. We do package all fragile items as carefully as possible, however sometimes things do happen. For UPS, this does come with a standard insurance, so your order will be insured, however if you do choose the USPS option there is no insurance added to this, so any damage must be taken up with the shipment company, in our experience, they will not cover the cost of damage. UPS does not have an address forwarding option, so if your package must be rerouted or we receive an incorrect address, we will have to charge you an additional charge of $7.00, as this is what we are charged by UPS, as a standard fee to change information, we will contact you beforehand, so that you are aware of it.
Payments Information: We accept all major credit cards, however the information must match what is on file with the card company, as we do verify the name and address on every order. We also accept Paypal, money orders and checks. All mailed in payments must be sent in prior to shipment. For check orders, there is a 2 week period from the time we receive the payment, until the order is shipped, to assure enough time that the payment had cleared our account. We are sorry for this, as most checks do clear within 4-5 business days, but we have had problems in the past being returned 7-10 days later as non-sufficient funds.
Attempted Fraud: We do not tolerate credit card or check fraud. We manually verify the name and address on all orders. If this information does not match, the order will be cancelled. Our terms become void to those who attempt fraud or chargebacks for items that have been purchased. We will share the information necessary to law enforcement or the credit card company in an attempt to prosecute anyone who attempts fraud.
Damage/Theft: All orders are packed as well as possible, in the event of a damaged item, please contact us immediately, if your item has been shipped via UPS, the order is completely insured and we can help you through the steps to get the item replaced or a refund issued. In the case of missing items or a problem with an order, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order, we will then check our inventory to determine if there was an error on our end or if it is a possible case of shipper theft. Unfortunately this does happen, especially during peak seasons, such as the holidays.
Returns: Normally we do not except returns, however in certain cases, at our discretion we can make an exception to return unused items. Please contact us before sending any items back. Any returns without proper authorization will not be refunded, items that are cleared to be returned may be subject to a restocking fee and shipping will not be refunded.
Cancellations: We do not cancel orders, so please be sure that you want to order it. In an attempt to keep our prices lower, we cannot consistently cancel orders for people that have changed their minds' after placing the order. We will only cancel an order if there is an error on our end or if the information does not match what is on file with the account or if it is questionable or suspected to be fraudulent.
